Preheat the oven to 325°F - 160°C.
In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, sesame seeds, sea salt flakes, matcha powder, crisp rice cereal and sliced almonds.
Pour in the maple syrup and canola oil and mix well.
Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Allow to cool down and mix in the cranberries.
Keep in an airtight container in a dry place, away from sources of heat, for up to a month.
