Recipe for a thin cake, in a loaf pan.
You can use either pears or apples for the sauce, you won't use it all to make the cake.

Ingredients

Cake Batter

  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp pear sauce 150 g - you can replace pear sauce by apple sauce
  • 3 ⅕ tbsp salted butter 50 g - melted
  • ½ cup flour 60 g
  • 3 ½ tbsp sugar 45 g
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Pear sauce

  • 2 pears 250 g - peeled and cut
  • 2 tbsp water 30 ml
  • 3 tbsp sugar 40 g
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
