Hi there veg’ foodies!

I’m Melanie, french pastry chef and animal lover. I’ve been traveling around for a while, living in England, New Zealand and Canada for several years.
And now, I’m back home (eastern France)!
I’ve been a vegetarian for over 10 years, so all my recipes are at least vegetarian, sometimes with a vegan alternative or fully vegan.
I’ve been spending so much time in the kitchen – for professional or personal purposes – now I really want to share with you my recipes, baking tricks and advice when it comes to re-purposing food.
